Feefo’s ‘Platinum Trusted Service’ level is exclusively awarded to businesses that use the Feefo platform to collect genuine reviews and insights from the company’s real customers. This accreditation remains unique as it is based on the number of reviews a company has received, their average rating, and is based solely on interactions with verified customers, so is therefore a true reflection of a business’s service.
Feefo only awards the Platinum Trusted Service award to businesses who have achieved the Feefo Gold standard for three consecutive years or more! To reach the gold standard a company must have collected 50 Feefo reviews in a year and have achieved an average service rating of at least 4.5.
