We have 24-hour CCTV recording at all of our locations to ensure your items are safe and secure, with images saved on a dedicated hard drive.
Our buildings are fitted with state-of-the-art intruder alarm systems which are monitored 24 hours a day and backed by the BT Redcare alarm signalling system.
To access the self storage rooms at our locations, you will be issued with a unique 4-digit PIN code – this ensures that only verified customers have access to our storage building.
All of our self storage rooms are individually padlocked, and you hold the keys to your room, so you have complete control. We have a range of keyed and combination padlocks available at our locations, or you are welcome to bring your own padlock to use.
We have trained and experienced staff on site at all times when we are open who conduct regular patrols of the facility, so if you have any issues there is always someone there to help you.
