Main Points Of The Agreement:

• We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to the Self Storage Business trading as The Store Room*
• All payments are to be made in advance and on time.
• Goods are stored at Your sole risk. You should take out a goods protection plan.
• Our liability for loss and damage to goods is limited to £100 and we are not liable to You for events outside of our control.
• You hereby instruct Us to add Our Goods Protection Plan cover to Your Goods. You understand this is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
• You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive Goods subject to clause 18 of the conditions.
• Batteries shall not be charged in the Unit and there are conditions applicable to the storage of batteries (see clause 20 of the conditions).
• You must check the unit is suitable for storing the Goods
• You must secure the unit.
• The Space will only be accessible during set access hours as posted by Us .
• 14 days notice must be given for termination of this Agreement.
• You must notify Us of all changes of address, email and contact telephone numbers.
• If the You fail to comply with the conditions of this Agreement then We will have certain rights which include forfeiture of the Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of the Goods (see clauses 4 & 6).
• We have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid when due (see clause 6 of the conditions).
• We have the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clause 17 of the conditions).
• By accepting this agreement You consent to us processing Your personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy (see clause 36 of the conditions).
• You have 14 days after the Owner confirms acceptance of the online booking to change your mind (the cooling off period). If you cancel during this period a refund will be provided based on the length of storage you have taken prior to cancelling and all goods being removed from the storage unit. The Owner can use any payment made by you to settle some or all of this. You can cancel by email, post or telephone call to The Store Room referring to your name, address and date of order.
