Feefo is a company that gathers genuine feedback from customers that have used our services and display comments and an overall service rating on their website – you can see the feedback that we have had so far on our very own Feefo page here.
Here at The Store Room, delivering the very best levels of customer service is our top priority, so we thought it was important to gather as much genuine feedback as we could from our customers so we can make sure we are doing our job right – and (on the hopefully rare occasions) if we’re not, we will do everything we can to put it right.
Feefo are a leader in the world of customer feedback engines and perform the same service for us as they do for other companies, including Expedia, Twining’s and Monarch Airlines. The way it works is that they will send an independent email request to customers who have used us and ask them to rate us on a scale and also give the opportunity for customers to add comments and suggestions.
We’ve been delighted with the feedback we have had so far! For example, a customer from our Leeds storage site rates our service ‘Excellent’ and writes “There isn’t anything I could fault. We received a great service from friendly staff in a building that was squeaky clean and we felt was secure“. Another customer – this time from our self storage facility in Manchester commented that they, “used The Store Room whilst in between house moves. We had never used self storage before but The Store Room exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Everything was straight forward and easy, the price was the cheapest we could find and the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend!“.
