Delivery Information
We deliver to UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands.We offer a free next working day service on all orders over £75.00 and charge £15.00 for all orders less than £75.00. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service but we will endeavour to ensure that the delivery is for the next working day wherever possible. Orders must be placed by 2.30 pm for all next working day deliveries.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your items a card will be left telling you how you can collect your items. It is then your responsibility to collect your parcel and we accept no liability if delivery is not made due to nobody being available at the delivery address.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please return all unused and unopened items to us (within 30 days of receipt) for a full refund.All returns require a returns authorisation code which can be obtained from our customer help desk on 0500 000 505. Details of the returns address are also available from this number.
