How do I know my goods will be safe?

There are three levels of security:-

• Firstly, you have the only key to the padlock that will be used to lock your room.
• Secondly, all entrances to the building have access controls so only authorised customers can get to the storage areas.
• Thirdly, the buildings all have 24 hr CCTV and are separately alarmed.

Do I need insurance?

Some home insurance policies do cover you, however, as with all insurance companies, it is better to check with them first. We offer a competitive insurance package for all of our customers and, for just a few pounds extra, you will have the peace of mind that everything is fully and properly insured.

• The minimum length of storage is 8 weeks
• A 4 week security deposit is required
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Only 1 card may be used per storage contract
• Once vacated, a customer may not use another gift card for 4 months
• The gift card is issued in good faith and we expect them to be used as such
• The gift card promotion may be withdrawn at any time and replaced with a similar offer
