We have now made it even easier for you to reserve a room with us. Our brand new online reservation system is now up and running and will take you easily and quickly through the steps needed to reserve your room. As rooms book up quickly, we recommend that you reserve a room as soon as possible, because that way you are guaranteed the right room size at the right price.

We promise not to add on any extra costs between the time of reservation and the date you move in. If you need to bring forward or delay your moving in date then we guarantee that you will only ever be charged from the day you move in. You will never be charged for a room that you didn't occupy – we just don't work like that !

Don't forget that all on-line reservations are automatically included in our Buy 4 Get 4 offer, which means that you pay for the first four weeks storage and then we give you the next four weeks absolutely FREE.

To make a reservation online you will need to make a payment of £25. This amount will be deducted off your first storage payment so you never have to pay just to reserve a room. In addition, if you reserve a room and then discover that you don't actually need it then we will refund the £25 immediately.
