At the store room we have a range of newly refurbished offices at budget prices and flexible terms, ideal for the new business start up or budding entrepreneur.
We realise that taking on a new office can be a major financial decision for any business therefore we are always prepared to offer incentives to help our business customers through this time. We currently offer 50% OFF for your first 8 weeks and we like to take a long term approach to working with our customers. Over 95% of our office businesses have been with us for over 1 year and over 85% have been with us for more than 2 years which demonstrates that we are in this for the long term.
It is extremely difficult to get across on a website why we are different and why our customers are very happy with us – and so we would love to see you down at our site. Only then will you see what we do and how we do things and we will have no hesitation in letting you meet other customers and asking them in private for an unbiased view of what we do.

When planning your budget, we know that you want open and honest prices and no nasty shocks, as well as expert assistance in deciding which option is best for you. Therefore our prices listed below include all of the following:

- Toilet and kitchen facilities
- Immediate move in
- No long term contract – only 8 weeks notice to vacate
The only additional charges include an 8 week refundable security deposit and electricity. Should you wish to have your own telephone line connected, then you are permitted to do so.
