At the store room we have a range of newly refurbished offices at budget prices and flexible terms.


With no extended tie-ins and no hidden charges our office contracts provide ideal solutions for new business start ups and small companies.


When planning your budget we know that you want open and honest prices and no nasty shocks therefore our prices listed below include all of the following:

  • Toilet and kitchen facilities
  • Immediate move in
  • No long term contract – only 8 weeks notice to vacate

The only additional charges include an 8 week refundable security deposit and electricity. Should you wish to have your own telephone line connected then you are permitted to do so.
