We provide you with a safe, secure and accessible room to store the items that are important to you – and then we look after the things as if they were our own.
We provide the building, the rooms, the security and the peace of mind, and you provide the physical part of bringing the items to our site and putting them in your room (you can hire a removal company of course!)
Over half a million people use self storage in the UK every year. There are a number of reasons why people use it; for example, they are in between properties and moving, they need more space and want to de-clutter, they are downsizing or they might be having renovations done at home. Many small and large businesses also use self storage for a variety of reasons.
We offer PIN-controlled access doors that lead to the self storage rooms and you need a personal security number to access these doors. This also means that you don’t need to call in advance to access your room.
Once you are set up on the security system you can come and go as often as you like – access is free and unlimited and you have complete control over moving the items to and from your room.
Only you (or people you authorise) have access to your storage room. The padlock on the room is your own and you keep the key.
We offer individual, lockable, steel-walled storage rooms, which are located in a clean, dry, bright and modern building. All of our locations are on main roads with excellent transport links.
Yes! Security is our number one priority. We have 24-hour CCTV, PIN-controlled access and state of the art alarm systems – as well as trained staff on-site at all times when we are open.
You can store for as long or as short a time as you like; we have customers who have been with us for 10 years, as well as customers who just need us for a couple of weeks!
No – absolutely not! With our storage contracts, you pay on a 4-weekly basis, and we only ask for 14 days notice to end a contract – so it is effectively Pay As You Go. Also, when you leave us, you will be refunded for any storage time you have paid for and not used.
You can pack your storage room however you like – but our staff are always on hand to advise you of the best way to pack your room to make the most of the space you have. We always aim to give you the correct size storage room for the items you are storing, so that you are not paying for space that you are not using.

You can visit our online quote system and take a look at our sizes; you can call the number at the top of this page to speak to a local storage specialist; or you can even visit your local storage site and one of our team will show you the sizes we have available and advise you on the best options for your needs.
Yes – you can reserve a storage room in advance of when you think you will need to start the storage from. This will guarantee the availability of the room and also lock in the price that you have been quoted. You can reserve online, over the phone or in person at our storage facility.
That is perfectly fine – our storage reservations are completely flexible – if you don’t know exactly when you need it from you can just give us an approximate date to start with. Then, if you need to change your move in date or cancel your reservation for any reason you can do this easily – and it is completely free to do.
No – it just takes 5 minutes and you are taken through it by one of our team. On move in day there’s just a few things you need to bring with you, and when you contact us our team will take you through what you need to bring.
Yes, your items must be insured whilst in storage. Some household and business policies do cover items in storage, however if you don’t have cover in place we can extend our cover to your items for a small fee.
