Our self storage site in Rotherham offers a wide range of solutions to your storage problems. We have storage lockers, storage rooms and a large bulk storage area which can be used for many things including pallet storage, furniture storage, office storage, document storage, archive and file storage etc.


We cater for domestic customers looking to store household items whilst moving house, renovating or decluttering, as well as offering a student storage facility for students looking to store things between terms. We also have a large number of business customers who use the facility for many different reasons.


Everything is stored in a safe secure environment with state of the art CCTV, Redcare alarm system and access control doors which only allow authorised individuals into the storage area. We have a modern reception area which is staffed during our extended opening hours and we sell a range of packaging items which help to make the storage more cost effective as they help to fill all of the space available in each room.


All of our lockers and storage rooms are individually padlocked and you will have the only key to that room. Nobody else will have access to your goods – not even us. Please see the picture opposite of one of our corridors to see what the area looks like – it is not an open plan warehouse and it is probably not what you have in mind.


Storage lockers start from just £5 per week whilst other costs are linked to the size of room you need. We have a fantastic Buy 4 Get 4 Deal on at the moment so if you pay for 4 weeks storage, you get the next 4 weeks for free. Our prices are always competitive and are in-line with other self storage operators but the main difference we hope that you will see is that we are genuinely interested in helping you out and that our customer service attitude will be the best that you will find. We can provide either long term or short term storage as all you need to do is give us 48 hours notice to end your contract. It is designed to be easy in, easy out storage.


Business customers find our individual rooms useful for archive and record storage whilst we also have the ability to store a whole range of other items in our bulk storage area. We have over 10,000 sq ft of bulk storage space available and would be happy to work with business customers who need a large amount of space either on a short term or long term basis.


Our Rotherham site also has office space with a good selection of offices which can be rented on a short-term, hassle free basis. Sizes range from 50 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft so please give us a call if you would like some office space without having to take a long lease or without having to make a long-term commitment.
