Our Service
The major point that differentiates us from traditional landlords is that we are totally flexible and will work with entrepreneurs to solve their business storage and space problems. We do not have a “this is it – take it or leave it” policy. In fact our attitude is completely the opposite of this as we will help you to work out what is best for you. This way you only ever pay for the space that you need, not the space that a greedy landlord wants you to take.
Our terms are completely flexible - we do not ask for extended notice periods or charge penalties if you find you no longer need our services. Why? Because we just work like that! When you are ready to leave, you can do so and you can be confident that there will be nothing to worry about.
In addition, because we are in the business of renting out space, we can always help you out if you want to take more space on, as your business grows. Or, you may require less space if your business needs to save some money. Either way, we can help in a simple and straightforward way that doesn’t involve lawyers, leases and long term contracts.
All of our business customers can use our FREE forklift truck service and our FREE delivery acceptance service (where we take your deliveries for you and hold them until you can get down to our site). Pallet trucks and trolleys are also available to use for FREE. We will always look for ways to offer more assistance to our enterprise customers.
Our Business Storage Prices
Our prices are inclusive of VAT, so please remember that, as a business, you will be able to reclaim the VAT. Whilst it is difficult to give exact prices, as it really does depend on the size of the space that you need, we do aim to be as competitive as we can. As an example, if you are looking for 500 sq ft, then our prices will be only slightly higher than your base costs if you have got a warehouse of your own. BUT, with us you won’t have to pay for additional things such as:
- Buildings insurance
- Rates
- Warehouse staffing
- Security
- Most utility costs
Our price is an
ALL INCLUSIVE price, so by the time you have costed all of those extra items in, you will find that our prices are the same as doing it yourself. However, at the store room, you get complete flexibility along with ‘lock up and go’ convenience, whereas doing it yourself comes with a lot more administration and hassle that you don’t really need and don’t have time for. In real terms, an hour spent sorting out rates, or electricity, or building issues is an hour not spent on growing your enterprise, so why not leave all the hassle to us and get on with your main task of running your business?
